Carbon monoxide sensor KID-2030DCR

2030-DCR carbon monoxide sensor equipped with a KIDDE electrochemical sensor, guaranteeing up to 10 years of operation. Battery power supply allows the detector to be installed in an optimal place in the room and also provides protection in the event of a power supply disappearance on the network. Exceeding the permissible level, which is signaled optically (red LED) and acoustically (loud, pulsating sound alarm with a power of 85DB). The device's memory saves information about detection of a concentration of which exceeding the level of 100 ppm. Thanks to this, the user can make sure that during his absence in the room there was no carbon monoxide emission. The sensor has a test / reset button to check the operation of the device and reset the alarm signaling. The efficiency control system monitors on an ongoing basis, among others: sensor, internal circuits and battery condition. In the case of incorrect operation or low battery charge, the yellow LED light flashes and the warning sound signal is turned on. In addition, the sensor has been equipped with a function that allows you to quickly check the correct sensor response to the CO test gas. Thanks to a specially designed housing, in addition to mounting on the wall, the sensor can also be placed on a flat surface, e.g. on a bedside table near the bed. 10 years after activating the power supply, the sensor will remind you of the need to replace the device. 2030-DCR is marked with a construction mark B confirming the fulfillment of the requirements of the Polish standard PN-EN 50291-1: 2018+AC: 2021 for homemade carbon monoxide detectors. The research was carried out by the Scientific and Fire Protection Center-State Research Institute Józef Tuliszkowski (CNBOP-PIB). In addition, it has a certificate confirming the fulfillment of the requirements of the BS EN 50291-1: 2018 standard issued by the independent research single Tüv Rheinland.
